2026 Primary Endorsements

LOCAL ELECTIONS MATTER

The decisions of mayors, township supervisors, school boards, and council members (who are elected by the people) impact your life in a more immediate and direct way than decisions coming out of Washington D.C. Local officials direct the day-to-day operations of schools, parks, libraries and infrastructures around the city among other issues like where taxpayer money is allocated.

Unfortunately, U.S. citizens are notorious for staying at home rather than heading to the polls in local and state elections. This decision is largely based on the lack of coverage on these elections. If you don't know who is running then why get out and vote, right? That's where the UHVA comes in.

Don't know who is running in this election?

We've got you covered! After careful review and deliberation following two fact-finding Endorsement Sessions, the UHVA Supreme Board has compiled our lists of candidates based on the merit of each candidate and the betterment of the Greek community regardless of party affiliation. These decisions are not always easy but we have listened to our community! We appreciate and thank each and every candidate that attended our Endorsement Session and wish you the best of luck!

The United Hellenic Voters of America Board of Directors upon thorough examination along with valued input from distinguished members, has compiled a list of highly qualified candidates who are committed to the Greek-American community and issues. These individuals either participated in our most recent endorsement sessions or reached out expressing interest in our support, presenting their platform, and introducing themselves to the Greek-American community.
